Reserving a slot to see us is a hassle-free way of seeing our sexual health team at a pre-arranged time. Alternatively, you can just walk-in at some of our clinics – no appointment needed.

Our opening times
Monday: 9am – 6.30pm
Tuesday: 9am - 4pm
Tuesday: 4 – 6.30pm (slots reserved by text/online only - no walk-in service)
Wednesday: 12noon - 4pm
Thursday: 9am - 4pm
Friday: 9am - 4pm
Saturday: 9am - 12.30pm (slots reserved by text/online only - no walk-in service).
Our doors open 30 minutes before these times for registration.
We are closed on bank holidays.

Text us for a time to attend on the same day. To be seen the following day, text after 7pm.
Morning slots
To reserve a morning slot (up to 12.30pm):
• Men should text “AKC AM” to 07786 207713
• Women should text “AKC AM” to 07786 207714
Afternoon slots
To reserve an afternoon slot (between 12.30–4pm):
• Men should text “AKC PM” to 07786 207713
• Women should text “AKC PM” to 07786 207714
Evening slots
Slots are also available on Monday and Tuesday evenings until 6.30pm.
For Monday or Tuesday evening clinic:
• Men should text “AKC EVE” to 07786 207713
• Women should text “AKC EVE” to 07786 207714
We’ll then send you a text message giving you the first available slot. This will be a time for you to attend the clinic, unfortunately it isn’t an exact appointment time, but we aim to see you as near to the start of your slot time as possible.
Please note you’ll be charged at your standard rate for sending texts. It’s free to receive texts from us.
Walk-in
Drop in to the clinic during our opening hours and you will be offered the first available slot. If the clinic is very busy, you may be allocated a slot later the same day.
We will aim to see, treat and discharge you within two hours of your slot time. However at very busy times, it may be longer.
