Reserving a slot to see us is a hassle-free way of seeing our sexual health team at a pre-arranged time. Alternatively, you can just walk-in at some of our clinics – no appointment needed.

Monday: 9am – 4pm (walk-in/bookable by text)
Monday: 4pm – 6pm (slots reserved by text only)
Tuesday: 9am – 4pm (walk-in/bookable by text)
Tuesday: 4pm – 6pm (slots reserved by text only)
Wednesday: 12noon (11.30am for registration) – 4pm (walk-in/bookable by text)
Thursday: 9am – 3.30pm (walk-in)

Text us to reserve a slot
Morning slots
To reserve a morning slot (up to 12.30) text “SLOT AM” to 07786 20 22 35 from 7pm onwards the previous day.
Afternoon slots
To reserve an afternoon slot (between 12.30–4pm) text “SLOT PM” to 07786 20 22 35 from 7pm onwards the previous day.
Evening slots
Slots are also available on Monday and Tuesday evenings until 6pm. To reserve a slot on Monday or Tuesday evening text “SLOT evening” to 07786 202235 from 7pm onwards the previous day.
We’ll then send you a text message back giving you the first available slot. This will be a time for you to attend the clinic - unfortunately it isn’t an exact appointment time – but we will aim to see you as near to your slot time as possible. Please note you’ll be charged at your standard rate for sending texts. It’s free to receive texts from us.
A time to attend is not an appointment – it is a time given to you to attend the clinic. We aim to see you as near to your slot time as possible. You will be offered the first available slot. Please attend promptly as you may have to wait longer if you are late.
Walk-in
Drop in to the clinic during our opening hours and you will be offered the first available slot. If the clinic is very busy you may be allocated a slot later the same day.
We will aim to see, treat and discharge you within two hours of your slot time. However at very busy times, it may be longer.
